Please note that you may be able to find a 1 acre lot in Elko county for a bit less but it will be way off the beaten path where the dirt roads aren't so friendly, and they're definitely full of sagebrush which may not even have been surveyed and marked. Believe me, I've been out in the wild sagebrush yonder to know. We've invested in partial clearing to allow room for an RV, car, fun, or to plan for a future home. Yet there's enough land still as you can see in the video with much of the natural habitat and flowers to enjoy your own lot as you'd like to groom it to your liking.
