Please note that if you find a 1 acre lot in Elko county for less it will be way off the beaten path where the dirt roads aren't so friendly, and full of sagebrush which needs removal in order to stay on the lot. We've invested a lot in rock and enhancements to allow room for a large RV or Trailer, car, and storage unit, or to use towards a future home. Yet there's enough land still to enjoy the natural habitat and flowers. We also cleared a pathway for a fence around the borders where you can get your daily exercise or drive around the lot as many times as you'd like. LOL.
