The area is known to hikers and nature lovers who come from all over to visit the Chiricahua Mountains. If you've never been here, you'll be amazed at the splendor all around this place. If you've never explored South of Highway 10 onto Hwy 191 and beyond, then you're in for a Real Treat! The openess and feel of the area is one you'll enjoy waking up to especially when it's your own property! There's so much to see and do around the area as well. A Google search and Yelp search for Pearce, Sunizona, Sunsites, Willcox, Dragoon, Tombstone, Sierra Vista, Benson, Cochise Stronghold, Douglas, & Bisbee declare it with a lot of the beauty captured, but life is so much better to actually experience it in person!
There's a lot more than these photos alone, but here's an appetizer of just a bit of insight ... Enjoy! ❤️

People come for the views and so many love to hike which there are plenty of hiking trails around here. This is also a great area for Artists, Photographers, History Lovers, Nature Lovers, Rock Climbers, and people who simply love serenity without the crowds! Yet, there's always something brewing somewhere for the socialites too. Including a new Dog Park that recently went in at Evelyn Williams Memorial Park, aka Sunsites Recreational Park. And, don't forget to visit Old Pearce for a visit to the Ghost Town Trail. The Gold Mountain Commonwealth Mine is an active mine and not open to visitors, but pretty cool to see from a distance. There are mines that you can visit in Tombstone, and other surrounding areas.
Turkey Creek is also a popular place you'll definitely want to visit quite often since you'll be so close to where it is in the Chiricahua Mountains. Willcox has an annual rodeo known as Rex Allen days, and also features wine tasting events every year with quite a few local wines grown from vineyards in this area as well. The soil is just right, in most places here for vineyards to prosper.
Lots of wildlife can be found as you get out to explore more of the area too. Or they may just come to you. Mule deer can be seen as well as jack rabbits, beautiful different bird species, and more. Especially as you get out to explore more of the areas all around here.
This is a great area for anyone who wants to get away from the crowds and to build your own year round or a seasonal home as your own retreat. You'll find all conveniences and needs, including Ash Creek Elementary, a gas station, a restaurant, and more all within 10 miles away.
